A temporary chat is useful when the conversation is immediate but a permanent thread is unnecessary. The creator chooses the room lifetime before opening it. The countdown begins when the first participant successfully enters, not while the invitation is waiting to be shared.

When the selected duration ends, the room closes automatically. The host can also close it earlier. NOW2CHAT does not provide a server-side message archive or reopen an expired room, so participants should not use it when a permanent or legally required record is needed.

Clear boundaries

Privacy without impossible promises.

Expiration limits the room lifecycle, but it cannot erase screenshots, clipboard copies, browser diagnostics or records made by another participant.
